Caroline Koska, Southwest MN Arts Council (SMAC) Grants Administrator, comes to HCA for a Grant Workshop for Individual Artists! Spend 90 minutes learning about available programs, tips on completing the application, and changes to the program for 2027. SMAC serves 11 counties of MN including McLeod, Meeker, Kandiyohi, and Renville. [NOTE: Residents of Carver & Sibley counties are served by different Art Councils.]
