Hutchinson Center for the Arts is excited to announce that we have been awarded a two year grant of $30,000 from the McKnight Foundation.
The McKnight Foundation seeks to improve the quality of life for present and future generations. The McKnight Arts Program works to create and contribute to vibrant communities that fuel exceptional and diverse artistic practice around Minnesota.
The McKnight Foundation grant award represents important validation for our young organization. It acknowledges the growing impact we have on our community and the increasing visibility of our work; both locally and regionally. We are incredibly thankful for this financial support from the McKnight Foundation
-Lisa Bergh, Executive Director
The $30,000 grant provides two payments of $15,000 over the next two years to support general operating expenses at the Art Center. These funds will be allocated to the organization’s costs associated with occupancy and arts program delivery.
