The annual Night for the Arts A Love Boat Gala was a huge success.
Thank you to all our Captain’s Tables, Celebrity Artist Guest Stars, Pop Up Shop Donors, Volunteers, and Passengers. Your generous support allowed us to raise over $20,000 for art programming in our community.
The Night for the Arts committee and your Cruise Directors welcomed passengers aboard for an evening filled with wonder, adventure, and even a little romance. Guests dined on Caribbean Cabin Fare, bought souvenirs at the Pop Up Shop, and enjoyed entertainment from Rhoda Hubbard, Jenine Nordquist, Gabby Capello, and HCA partner group, No Lines Improv Troupe.
The Aloha Deck featured The Cuchi Cuchi; a tropical fruit juice blend of pineapple, orange, and mango juice with a splash of grenadine and rum.
Hutchinson business leaders supported the evening by hosting a Captain’s Table. Thank you to Citizens Bank & Trust, Melchert Hubert Sjodin, MITGI, Stearnswood Inc, New Era Financial Group, Pride Solutions & Hutchinson Manufacturing Inc, Vivid Image & American Family Insurance, Welcome Home Management & Factory Direct Furniture, for Bringing Art To Life.

Celebrity Artist Guest Stars Sarah Work, Joe Nagel, Laura Aase, and Kar Ulrich shared their experiences creating art _some for the very first time! Thank you to our Artists Sara Fennell, Betsy Price, Warren Kempfert, and Tom Ulrich for their time and expertise.
Terry Kempfert donated her time to provide personalized wine glass etching for our passengers and crew aboard the Love Boat.
Fund-A-Need donors raised over $5,500 to help provide scholarships to youth art education and provide reduced and free admission to arts based programming with participating Partner Organizations.
Thank you!
