The Crow River Area Youth Orchestra (CRAYO) will be holding a reception in conjunction with its first rehearsal, Oct. 2 at 3:00 PM for the community to meet the new director. The public is encouraged to attend, especially area musicians, both adult and student, band and string teachers. It will be held in the Life Science (Home Ec) room at the Hutchinson Middle School.
Following the reception, CRAYO will have it’s first rehearsal for the fall semester at 3:30 PM in the band room at the school. All musicians who attend the reception and have not registered to participate in CRAYO, yet, are welcome to sit in and see what the opportunity will be like.
