There is still time to register for Kids Art Camp. If you would like to participate, email Info@hutchinsonarts.org or call (320) 587-7278 with the kid(s) ages and names, then bring the registration form and fee with you on Monday.
Kids can be immersed in the visual arts this summer at a fun, messy, creative camp designed just for them.
Kids Summer Arts camps will run July 30 – Aug. 3. The camp was originally scheduled for the previous week but has been postponed due to construction delays in finishing the new art center.
A “Meet the Artist” reception will be held Monday evening, Aug. 6
The artwork created in camp will be displayed in the gallery Aug. 6-10.
The younger Picassos in training will spend the week creating “monstrous’ works of art in the mediums of painting, drawing, sculpture and clay.
Emerging artists in grades 6-12 will spend the week at ‘ColorPalooza’ experimenting in many different art forms.
Cost per camper for the week, including all necessary art supplies is $65.
Times will be posted here soon… the younger ones will meet in the morning, the older kids in the afternoons.
